Grievance Policy and Procedure
If you feel there is a situation at The Courage Center that is not being handled professionally and ethically, for whatever reason, the leaders of The Courage Center strongly encourage you to report the problem, so that we can be as proactive as possible about resolving the situation quickly and effectively. The Courage Center endeavors to always be a safe and welcoming space for all who walk through our doors, and we rely on everybody in our community to help us achieve this important goal in the best way possible for all involved.
